"No Refunds Here"
I purchased an app from Support Board, but then I found out I had to buy another product for it to function. After that, I chose not to use the app. Within an hour of buying it, I figured out I couldn't use it. I requested a refund, but they told me it wasn't possible. I mean, I never even used this app! How does that make sense? I won't be buying anything from Gumroad or Support Board again!

"I purchased support chat, but the seller's service is terrible"
I bought the support chat, but the installation isn't functioning. The initial message from the user doesn't show up on the front end, so how can you use the support chat if you can't see incoming messages?

When I reached out to the seller about the item I bought, he claimed that the payment for repairs was too much. This seller is really disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend using this chat service. The experience has been quite frustrating for buyers!
